My name is Klaui Varadi, and I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. I moved to California when I was 15 years old, and fell in love with everything it has to offer, especially the beach. I am a hopeless romantic through and through. I love love. I know that is very cliché, but it's exactly what led me on my photography journey. I strive to create images that are true to who you are as a couple, ones that you can look back on and relive those special moments for years to come. Moments that make you feel like it was just yesterday. Each love story is unique, and I feel incredibly honored that I get to capture those monumental moments in people's lives. What i've learned...
I am married to my high school sweetheart, who I have been with for almost 8 years. It is crazy to think that one day I went on a date with this guy to Ruby's; the one that used to be at the very end of the Huntington Beach Pier, and now he's my husband. I feel incredibly lucky to have met my person at a young age, because I feel like we have had the opportunity to grow and experience such monumental stages in life together. Graduating from high school, then college, moving in together, getting a dog... and then another dog... I think it allowed us to become the best versions of ourselves because we had each other to lean on.
The saying "opposites attract" really applies to us. I'm this artsy photographer girl from central Europe, while he is this logical business man from California. Somehow we became best friends, and learned to value each others differences. Don't get me wrong, we have a whole lot in common, but I think the things that set us a part, are the reasons we were able to come together as one. Everyone's love story unique and different... this is ours!
